For many people, the gym is a boring place and just another chore. Many people join the gym with good intentions, but despite hours spent working out, they give up because they don’t get the results they strive for. In most cases this is attributable to bad eating habits, poor training techniques and inefficient programmes that lead to unsatisfactory results.
Consequently, my aims are to teach my clients how to plan their meals properly, to set realistic goals and most importantly to learn how to train correctly and enjoyably.
Okehampton Training
I train my clients at the gym at Harpers Leisure Centre in Okehampton, Devon, and I am available to do home visits.
